Which file do I want?
- One county or town: open its page (use search) and download the PDF, Word, Excel or JSON packet there.
- Every packet in a state: the state ZIP below.
- National analysis: the national tables. Parquet is smaller and keeps data types; CSV opens in a spreadsheet (large tables may exceed a spreadsheet's row limit).
README (6 KB): what each file holds, sources and the disclaimer. Bulk manifest: every file with its SHA-256 checksum.
Per-state ZIP files
Every packet of the state in all formats (PDF, Word, Excel, JSON, web page) plus each manifest.
National tables
One file per table in each format, plus a README beside each CSV with its sources, reuse terms and the OpenFEMA disclaimer; each Parquet file carries the same text as file metadata. Columns are listed under each table; only listed columns are published. Repeat-flood (NFIP) tables hold community and county counts only, never a property. Dollars are nominal, as reported.
